TRAIN THE SIDE OF PERFORMANCE

THAT DETERMINES EVERYTHING

I work with professional athletes, coaches, and high performers to transcend performance breakdown under pressure—by training attention, emotional regulation, and identity when it matters most

ABOUT DAMON

I am the Director of Mental Fitness for the Professional Tennis Players Association (PTPA), working with professional athletes competing in some of the highest-pressure environments in sport.

My work focuses on a specific problem: performance breakdown under pressure.

Most high performers don’t fail because of effort or preparation. They break down because their internal system—attention, emotion, and physiology—becomes unstable when pressure rises.

I train that system directly.

This includes:

  • Stabilizing attention under stress

  • Regulating emotional and physiological responses in real time

  • Building an identity that holds up under expectation, uncertainty, and consequence

My approach integrates performance psychology, nervous system regulation, and applied coaching inside real competitive environments.

This is not theory. This is applied work with athletes, teams, and leaders who are expected to perform when it matters most.

Meeting the Moment™ → Own Your Standard

Every performance moment includes pressure, uncertainty, and expectation.

That’s the moment.

The question is not what happens.

The question is how you respond.

That’s your standard.

We train that response so it becomes automatic.
